Harris Stadium Track renovation project is on target. Yesterday, some unlying asphalt base was replaced.
The iconic roof of our high school gym is getting a much-needed upgrade! Thanks to age and its unique design with steel trusses above the roof deck, we're using a special fluid-applied membrane to ensure this valuable asset is protected from the elements for years to come. A big shout-out to @ThenDesignArch for designing this innovative and cost effective solution!
Block walls for the dugouts on the new varsity softball field are being constructed now and the project is on time with the contractors taking advantage of the sunny weather this week.
Photos of paving work happening this week on the 7-12 Campus. Annual paving improvements of this type attend to the wear and tear our driveways and parking lots that happen over time. Projects such as these extend the useful life of existing facility assets.
The new varsity softball field located at the 7-12 Campus is taking shape. The construction of the dugouts has begun with the footers for the foundations being poured and the infield being cut in according to the survey markings. More work will continue throughout the summer and the facility will be ready for play for softball season.

Junior Achievement held its 1st ever National Stock Market Challenge with winners from each state competing against each other in an online format. Chagrin Falls High School qualified two teams by winning Fall and Spring Cleveland Junior Achievement competitions.
Griffin Laws, Eliot Rogers, Will Asplin and Anna Topel's team "Bonds 'R Boring" won the Spring competition on April 24th at Tri-C Corporate College. The team led for most of the competition but ultimately finished as National Runner-Up, placing 2nd.
Jack Keegan, Cooper Ryan, Alec Gresh and Jackson Orazen's team "Straight Cash Homie" won the Fall competition on December 8th at the Cleveland Federal Reserve. At Nationals their team finished 44th in the country.
