Chagrin Falls Schools will be closed on Friday, August 25, 2023. There are power outages at Gurney and the Intermediate School and throughout the Village and school community. We have road closures caused by storm damage as well impacting busing throughout the community.

Bus routes have been posted on the District website. https://www.chagrinschools.org/page/transportation You'll need a password in order to access the route information. Parents just received a ConstantContact email with that password. Bus routes will be updated regularly so please check back to verify your information before school starts. Please complete this survey if your information needs to be updated and the Transportation Department will contact you to confirm bus information. Please have pupils waiting at their designated pick up location in an area that is visible and clear of traffic five minutes before the scheduled pick up time. Times may fluctuate slightly during the first few weeks of school. Student Parking Parking passes will be sold to Juniors and Seniors who have submitted all their forms and have paid all student fees. Students must have a valid driver’s license. Parking passes will be sold for $30 with a completed application available here. Payment must be made on site via check or cash on August 17th during Paperwork and Picture Day. Medication Drop-Off for Chagrin Falls High School If your child requires medication, it can be dropped off on August 17th from 8:00am-11:30am in the HS Commons. If you have any questions or conflicts, the school nurse can be reached at christine.murray@chagrinschools.org

Freshmen Orientation All incoming 9th grade students are invited to orientation activities on Friday, August 18th at 8:00am in the HS Gym. Freshmen students should check their school emails for more specific information. An email was also sent back in June to parents.

Yearbook Distribution for Chagrin Falls High School Yearbooks will be available for students on August 17th. Yearbooks for the graduates from the Class of 2023 will be mailed directly to families.

New Student Orientation at Chagrin Falls High School New students entering grades 10 through 12 are invited to orientation activities on Friday August 18th at 12:30pm in the High School Library. The orientation will provide students with information and advice on transitioning to Chagrin Falls High School. Students will have the opportunity to learn about academics, extra-curricular offerings, building procedures, locate their lockers and classrooms, and be introduced to other important informational items that will ensure a smooth start to the school year.
